Founded in 2019 by Maitham Mashhadi and Al Faisal Al Malki, Cranio was born from a shared passion for specialty coffee and a vision to create something bold in Qatar's café scene. The name "Cranio" — derived from cranium, the skull — reflects the founders' belief that great coffee starts in the mind: in creativity, curiosity, and craft.
